By using 3MeUp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

3MeUp provides AI automations for businesses, including generating and publishing social media content to accounts you connect. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content published to them under your configuration.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage any account you connect.
• You are responsible for reviewing your brand settings and content approach. In auto mode, posts publish without individual review, you can switch to review mode at any time.
• You must not use the service for unlawful or deceptive content.

Content

Content generated for you is yours to use. You are responsible for what is published to your accounts. We are not liable for the performance or reception of any post.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue arose.

Cancellation

You can disconnect accounts or stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email stephen@3meup.com.
