Privacy Policy

3MeUp ("we", "us") builds AI automations for Australian businesses, including a service that writes and publishes social media posts on a connected business's behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email stephen@3meup.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email, business name and password (passwords are stored hashed, we never see them).
• Business profile: the description and brand voice you enter, so the AI can write in your tone.
• Connected accounts: when you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store access tokens needed to publish on your behalf. These are held securely and never shared.
• Generated content: the posts and images the service creates for you.

How we use it

We use your data only to run the service you signed up for: to generate content in your voice, and to publish it to the accounts you connect. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Third parties we rely on

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): to publish posts to the accounts you connect, using the permissions you grant.
• Anthropic: the AI that writes your posts. Content is processed to generate posts and is not used to train their models.
• Supabase and Vercel: secure hosting and database infrastructure.

Your Facebook and Instagram data

When you connect an account, we request only the permissions needed to list your Pages and publish posts. We publish only what you or your configured automation approves. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the stored access tokens immediately.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect accounts or delete your data at any time. To remove your account and all associated data entirely, email stephen@3meup.com and we will action it within 30 days.
