2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to perform our core function: matching qualified VAs with client requirements and managing the relationship.

A. For Virtual Assistants (VAs/Contractors)

Identification & Contact: We collect your Full name, residential address, email address, and phone number for communication and contract administration.

Professional/Contractor Details: We collect your Resume/CV, work history, references, skills assessments, specializations, and professional certifications for matching skills to client needs and assessing suitability for placement.

Financial & Payment: We collect bank account details (for payment), tax identification number, and payment rates/history for processing contractor payments and meeting legal/fiscal obligations.

Contract & Engagement: We collect contractual terms, placement history, and performance feedback from Clients for managing the ongoing placement relationship.

B. For Clients

Identification & Contact: We collect contact name, job title, company name, company address, email address, and phone number for communication, contract negotiation, and service delivery.

Billing & Financial: We collect billing address, payment details, service contract terms, and payment history for invoicing, payment collection, and contract administration.

Service Requirements: We collect detailed descriptions of the VA role, required skills, project scope, and performance feedback on VAs for sourcing and matching the most suitable VA contractor.

3. How We Use and Disclose Information (Crucial for Placement)

The primary purpose for collecting this information is the successful placement and ongoing management of VA contractors.

  • Placement and Matching: We will disclose the professional details and relevant contact information of a potential VA (including resume, skills, and work history) to a Client for the sole purpose of assessing their suitability for a contract role.

  • Contract Management: We will disclose the Client's service requirements and general contact information to a VA for the purpose of initiating and managing the contract engagement.

  • Contractual Fulfillment: We use contact and financial information to generate contracts, process invoices, and manage payments between the parties.

  • Legal Compliance: We may use and disclose information to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests.

Note on Disclosure: By submitting your information to us, both VAs and Clients acknowledge and agree that disclosure to the counterparty (Client or VA) is a fundamental and necessary function of our placement service.

4. Data Storage and Security

We are committed to protecting the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We implement appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, including secure server hosting and access controls.
